Hehe. Honestly, what I really love about this pic is Giz's eyes. o.o I love eyes. And his are just so big and focused in this one.

My one worry was that perhaps the cat didn't take up quite enough of the picture. I kinda thought it he could have stood to take up more than the corner but then I think I sort of like it... and then I think I don't. Urgh. I can't explain. x_x;

No...Because not only do I love the detail of his fur, whiskers and eyes, The wood of the (table? Chair?) above his head has so much detail...that actually drew me in to examine more closely.
And the background focus - enough to see what's there, but blurred enough to retain focus/interest of your foreground.
My eye is naturally drawn to follow the different elements within this photo.
OK...I'm analyzing too much...
Just know it's a good shot thar woman!

Oh no. That's perfect. Analytical is good o.o

Giz is actually on a chair and he's peering out from beneath the table. I was so lucky that I snapped when I did because he jumped down right afterward. I love that old table because of all the character it has, all the scratches and dents and whatnot. ^^ Glad you like it too.

What I liked about the background were the spilled notepads leading up to that chair, almost like stepping stones or something. Again, I am doing the stream-of-conciousness thing.
